Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your candy order. If you receive damaged or defective candies, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective items promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for candy purchases. Our policy is replacement only. We believe this policy allows us to focus on maintaining the quality of our products while providing a solution to any problems you may encounter.

Conditions for Replacement

To request a replacement for damaged or defective items, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at magicboxfreezedriedtreats@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Please use "Replacement" as the Subject line.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, including any relevant photos if applicable.

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective items, if necessary.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will promptly ship replacements to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Our "No Refund, Replacement Only" policy applies to damaged or defective items only. We do not offer replacements or refunds for the following situations:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with flavor or taste (as taste preferences can vary).
  • Errors in the order due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, etc.).
